I am currently a senior at Illinois State University. My major is in Elementary Education with a minor in Child Studies. I have endorsements in Science, Language Arts & Social Studies.
Experience
I have tutored a freshman in high school with geometry, a first grader with her reading skills, fifth graders with their math abilities and third grade students with all of their subjects. I have a good amount of experience under my belt with children in general and with teaching as well and I would like to continue throughout the summer to use my abilities to help those who need it.

Hobbies
I have been a tumbling instructor for five years now over my summer and winter breaks and have a huge passion to coach. I've also coached a recreational cheerleading squad while in high school. I currently work as a three year old teacher at a daycare at Illinois State. I am involved with a mentor-ship program through Illinois State that is affiliated with Madero Middle School in Little Village, Chicago and I absolutely love encouraging my mentee with everything that he does. Overall, I love to teach children and believe I'd be a perfect candidate for any situation!
